Kurt J. Matz — Director

Kurt is a Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of KJM Capital Advisors. Kurt’s career began in St. Louis Missouri with Equitec Financial Services specializing in Asset Management, Commercial Financing, Construction, and Sales and Leasing.  Kurt spent over 10 years in St. Louis, Missouri where he had an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate working as Vice President of Marketing and Leasing for one of St. Louis’ largest Real Estate Developers.  In 1994, Kurt relocated to Park City, Utah where he started and operated his own business which he sold in 1998.  As an intermediary for the last 12 years, he has completed and represented thousands of Commercial Real Estate and Business Transactions.  He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and he sits on the board of an oil and gas service company located in Wyoming.

Doug Evans – Principal Broker

Doug is the founder of Utah Full Service Brokers and the co-founder of KJM Capital Advisors.
